Please note that prepaid lessons are valid for one year from payment, unless agreed upon to extend. no refunds will be given, unless in what we deem as an exceptional circumstance (i.e. severe injury or bereavement/ terminal illness) In some cases where we deem a refund as necessary, any refunds will be given on prepaid lessons minus any taken at the casual lesson rate, and a $30 admin fee.
